At MarketMyn, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, charges, and any other shipping-related concerns. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

We offer shipping services across South Africa and to selected international destinations within Africa. Our primary goal is to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and secure manner.
1.1 Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During high-demand periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you in advance of any significant delays in processing.
Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you.
1.2 Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to the following regions:
- Domestic Shipping (South Africa): Shipping is available to all provinces and cities across South Africa.
- International Shipping: We offer shipping to select countries within Africa. Please check the available destinations at checkout.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, public holidays, etc.).
2.1 Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
- Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days
This option is available across South Africa, including major cities and rural areas. - Express Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days
If you need your items delivered faster, select Express Shipping at checkout. This service is only available to select urban areas.
2.2 International Shipping (Africa)
- Standard International Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days
For international orders, delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Please refer to the shipping options available for your location at checkout. - Express International Shipping:
Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days
Available to select international destinations. Express shipping ensures faster delivery, but additional charges may apply.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the weight, size of your order, and the destination. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
- Domestic Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs for deliveries within South Africa are typically based on the size and weight of the items purchased. - International Shipping Fees:
International shipping fees are calculated based on the destination country and package weight. Additional customs duties or taxes may apply, depending on the destination.
3.1 Free Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders above a certain value, typically ZAR 1000 for domestic orders. For international orders, the minimum order value for free shipping may vary and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through our website or the carrier’s tracking system.

5. Delivery and Handling
- Delivery Attempts: Our shipping carriers will make a reasonable number of delivery attempts based on the delivery service used. If the carrier cannot deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. If this happens, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery (additional charges may apply).
- Unsuccessful Delivery: In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or unavailability, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
5.1 Handling Delays
While we aim to meet the delivery times stated, unforeseen delays may occur due to external factors such as:
- Severe weather conditions
- Strikes or industrial action
- Customs clearance delays for international orders
MarketMyn is not responsible for such delays but will work diligently to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
6. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are determined by your country’s customs office. MarketMyn cannot predict or control these fees.
Please be aware that customs regulations vary widely by country. If your package is held by customs, it may delay your delivery time. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe, please contact us. After verifying the shipping details and carrier tracking, we will work with you to locate your package.
- Damaged Shipments: We take care to ensure that your order is securely packaged. However, if your items arrive damaged, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours) by providing photographic evidence of the damaged items. We will work with you to replace the damaged products or issue a refund as appropriate.
8. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We do not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
9. Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive your package but are missing items or received the wrong products, please notify our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will investigate and provide a resolution, either by sending the missing items or issuing a refund.
