At MarketMyn, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer an easy return and refund process.

  1. How Do I Make a Return?
    You can make a return by following these steps: I. Log into your MarketMyn account on our website to request a refund. If you don’t have an account, use the “Track Your Order” link in your order confirmation email to initiate a return. II. Go to “Your Orders” and select the relevant order. Click on the “Return/Refund” button. III. Choose the item(s) you wish to return and select the reason for the return. Depending on the reason selected, you may need to provide further details. Once done, click “Next Step.” IV. If no return is needed, you can choose your refund method: either credited back to your original payment method or as MarketMyn credits. V. If a return is necessary, you’ll have the option to arrange for a package pickup. Pack the items carefully, and our logistics partner will pick them up at your doorstep. VI. You can track the status of your refund via your order details or through email/SMS notifications from MarketMyn.

  1. Is the Return Shipping Free?
    Return shipping is free for your first return of one or multiple items from each order within the return window. However, for additional returns from the same order, there will be a R80 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
    We recommend returning all items at once to avoid multiple shipping fees and reduce environmental impact.

  1. How Long Do I Have Before Making a Return?
    You can return items within 90 days of purchase, except for the following:

Clothing that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery, or has had tags or hygiene stickers removed.
Grocery and food products.
Health and personal care items.
Customized products and some free gifts.
Ensure you send back the return items within 14 days of submitting your return request. Items cannot be returned once the return window has closed.

  1. Refunds
    I. Advanced Refunds: We may issue an advanced refund once you’ve dropped off your return package. If we don’t receive the items, your original payment method will be charged. II. Instant Refunds: An instant refund may be provided before you return the items. If we don’t receive the items, we may charge your original payment method. III. Refund After Return: We will process refunds once we receive and inspect the returned items. If an item is used, damaged, or missing parts, the refund will be adjusted accordingly. IV. Refund for Missing Items: For missing items, locate the order in the support center and select “Missing item/parts” to apply for a refund. V. Refund for Package Not Received: If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, select “Package shows delivered but not received” in the support center. VI. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-14 business days (up to 30 days), depending on your financial institution. Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to MarketMyn’s error.

Alternatively, you can opt for a refund in MarketMyn credits, which are faster and can be used for future purchases. Credits have no expiration date but cannot be redeemed for cash.

  1. Refund Timeline
    Once your refund is processed, your financial institution may take additional time to credit your account. Please check with your bank for more details on processing times.

  1. Important Notices
    I. The sender’s address on your package is NOT the return address. Please only send your return package to the address on the return label we provide to avoid delays. II. If you accidentally include items you do not wish to return, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will find and return such items, nor can we store or refund them. III. According to applicable laws, customers have statutory warranty rights in the case of defects or hidden issues. If you encounter such issues after the return window has closed, please contact our customer service team.
