Orders and Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the products ordered. Orders typically arrive within 3-10 business days within South Africa, and 10-21 business days for other African countries.
Creating an account is simple. Click on the “Sign Up” or “Create Account” button, fill in your details, and you’ll be able to track orders, save your details, and enjoy a quicker checkout process.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account and checking the “Orders” section.
For your security, we do not store any credit card information. Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms.
Sales tax is included in the price of the items, so you won’t see additional charges during checkout.
We currently ship to all African countries. Shipping rates and times may vary depending on your location.
Depending on the products ordered and their availability, items may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer support for return authorization.
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us with your order details and we’ll make arrangements to correct the mistake at no additional cost.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please provide photos and contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once your return request is authorized, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
