Return Policy
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return a product.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
- Exceptions: We cannot accept returns for personal care items, customized products, or underwear, unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt.
- Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery for a free return.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
